Because of this, your order may arrive in more than one package depending on which items are being fulfilled. We want you to know exactly what to expect every step of the way.
Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days. Each item ships directly from the Brand Partner, so processing times may vary slightly between products.
Shipping Times
Shipping timelines depend on your location and the Brand Partner fulfilling your items. Items are shipped from within the US. Most orders arrive within:
- U.S. Orders: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 7–14 business days
- International: 10–21 business days
You’ll receive tracking information for each package as soon as it ships.
Multiple Packages
Because your items may come from different Brand Partners, your order may arrive in separate boxes and on different days. This is completely normal it just means your items are coming from the creators who made them with care.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Your location
- The items in your cart
- The Brand Partners fulfilling your order
We always aim to keep shipping as simple and affordable as possible. We always offer Free shipping on orders $65 or more.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If a package is delayed, damaged, or missing, please reach out to us. We’ll work with our Brand Partners to make it right quickly and kindly.
International Shipping
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country.
