30‑Day Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
How Returns Work
Many of our items are shipped directly from our trusted Brand Partners. Because of this, returns are processed through the same partner who fulfilled your order.
Once your return is approved:
- A prepaid return label will be provided
- Your item will be sent back to the Brand Partner
- Your refund will be issued once the item is received and inspected
There are no restocking fees and no label fees for returns on eligible items.
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and approved. Processing times may vary slightly depending on your payment provider.
Non‑Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any non‑returnable items will be clearly noted on the product page.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, simply return your item and place a new order.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll take care of it quickly and kindly.
